ABOUT THE ARTIST

Emma grew up in North Devon, which she loves but now works in Oxford as a GP and academic. When she isn't painting she enjoys cycling, running, gardening and cooking for friends and family.

She has always loved art, but has struggled to find the time to combine painting with her career. She has enjoyed working in a arrange of different mediums, completing a number of landscapes and still life in acrylics and has recently begun to paint en plein air using oils, which she particularly loves.

More than anything Emma loves being by the sea and listening to waves crashing onto the shore.
